I can help you to resolve this issue. I can check it at code level, sendgrid level and server level as well. There can be multiple reason for this as: 1. File being not attached properly (May be absolute/relative path issue) 2. Need to check code of attachment. 3. Need to check sendgrid permissions for attachment sending. 4. Need to check server settings with attached email whether it allows or not. There can be more reasons which we can check at server email and sendgrid logs.
