Fix Logo at the top of Wordpress page/Add links to Youtube in right column and Event pages

I am just finishing up my WordPress website for my church. I need the logo enlarged, stretched (horizontally) See image. I need the logo to fit the best as we can without appearing stretched in the red box. Also, I need a way to add links to Youtube videos on the right column...3 of the latest videos to automatically to rotate off so the 3 newest videos are up. Plus, on the media page, all the video links show up. Each page propagated (page numbers at the bottom: 1,2,3, etc) The Link should contain Speaker, Title, Date. The event page is not working. Links should show up on the event page for old links. Events on the right column should be linked to "News" or text and perhaps a picture of upcoming events and announcements. There may be a widget available for some of this. I do not think this is a very tough job for someone that knows what they are doing. So, please be fair on your bids. I will supply the full-size artwork for the logo on the winning bid. Thank you.
