Joomla Professional here. I understand the error and it is under jos_users table. I know Joomla very well as you can see the project history and the feedback which I got from the Employer. This appears to be an issue with the auto_increment column within one of your tables for the Joomla DB. This can be resolved by introducing a correct auto_increment = 1 into the table and or into the function calling it. This won't take more than 30 minutes. Thanks, Chris
