Fix Display Issue on WP + Woo + WCMP multi vendor site

Problem: Hi, we are running wcmp and the rehub theme… and the sold by area is blank when we manually assign the vendor role to a user – you said you’d be updating it soon (that was several months ago) . Any progress on this? The only way it shows is if they apply through wcmp and we approve them, we used to be able to manually add a user and assign them the vendor role, but sitewide, the “sold by____” remains blank. It would save a LOT of time for us if we can manually assign the vendor role to a user and have the sold by display in their products and their shop. (he product shows in their shop, but the link/name of the shop doesn’t display on the sold by area.) Thanks!! I contacted the theme author and he said this: I don’t know what must be added. I guess I wrote about another thing. We use function from WCMP to detect vendors and we can’t change their core function from theme, you should write to their support and ask how to create manually vendors. I guess you didn’t assign vendor store name to vendors, which is required. By the way, we use their is_user_wcmp_vendor() function in theme

I need this fixed as soon as possible.
