Fix a bug & make a correction on wordpress theme

I have a freelancing site with a bug issue and looking for a good developer to fix it. The theme itself is functioning okay, but when a user creates a profile and wants to add his picture on the profile as well as his certifications uploads, it just keeps updating but never uploads the document or picture. These are what i want to get fixed: Need a good developer to fix this 1. First of all, something needs to be done with the setting of displayed projects on startpage. When the projects aren’t active, it disappears automatically, making the start page look empty. Permanently display some amount of last projects or cover that space with any other sort of content to make it not look empty. 2. The Profile Photo and Portfolio files are not updating. Try to fix it so that users ca upload pictures & portfolios 3. The amount of displayed jobs/users/task should be blended (not removed), since its a new site, when we start getting more users, then we can activate that again.
