Fake BTC transaction generator

We are looking for some developer to develop a bitcoin client, with the feature to send fake transactions to the chain.

All we need is for the transaction to be shown in the [login to view URL], obviously we don't expect them to ever get confirmed!

Required:

- Amount field

- Bitcoin address field.

Can be a desktop (windows/linux) based solution, or on web.
