::If timeline is not met and there is no real reason for it the payment will be deducted 2 usd per requirement per day.

::No incentive will be payed, if especially the timeline, quality etc. are not met

Req. Completness Conditions

The Reqs. should be implemented on our server

The Reqs. should be tested and signed off successfully on our server

Payment Conditions

Payment will be done after req. is working on our server

Payments will start via Freelancer.com and can be switched in future to other after reqs. are fulfilled properly

Implementation Condition

We are not responsible for extra unnecessary cycles e.g. if quick status calls are needed than please lets have them

Reqs. should only be implemented once understood completly what is needed and needs to be done

Implementation cycles should take place in most efficiant way
