experimental development for SMPP using PHP

hello i want to create an smpp connection using php language this development is experimental for me, so not many functionalities will be needed what i want is: 1) setup a test enviroment(in php) that i will be able to send a test sms (e.g. HELLO THERE), to my mobile phone so a blank page with 3 fields will exist: SENDER NAME, SMS MESSAGE, RECEIVER'S MOBILE NUMBER 2) when i will click the button of the page above, an sms will be sent thgouth SMPP (using the php language) and will be delivered to my phone i have to provide you with a smpp credentials of an operator of mine i just want someone to develope a working prototype for me asap this is a small task for someone that knows SMPP and PHP, since there are many open source libraries to use. bids around 50usd are seirously considered. please provide me in pm with an exact plan on how do you plan to do that (what libraries will you use), and also let me know if you have done something like this in the past. what is your experience? thank you
