Enhance Stripe Escrow Payment Integration & ACH

Introduction: This project is for a website called Bid That Thing. [login to view URL] The site is still in development and not used by any actual customers. This site allows property owners (like a home owner or apartment owner) to post a Project (kind of like Freelancer) and then have Contractors put in a bid to try to win the Project. Problem #1: The Stripe payment integration exists already but is not very intuitive to setup for the user on the Property Owner user profile. If a new Property Owner goes to accept a bid from a Contractor but does not yet have Stripe configured it simply flashes a message on the screen about it not being configured. It does not offer to help the user get up and running. Here is a video for the existing setup & process: [login to view URL] The theme already has a mechanism in place for linking the Stripe accounts to the Contractor user profile side. Problem #2: When the Property Owner accepts a bid they do not have the option to select ACH Bank Transfer. By default it charges the credit card they setup on the User Profile... and credit card is the only supported option. We need to add ACH Bank Transfer support and allow them to choose how to pay at the time of accepting the bid and enter either bank or credit card information at that point in time. Attached is a PDF document to show the current and desired workflow. Somehow we will need some type of verification when an ACH Bank Transfer goes through so that we can make sure Projects are not started before the money is transferred. If you know of a better system to do all of this besides Stripe, such as https://www.escrow.com/api please let me know. But it seems like using the existing Stripe integration would be the most cost effective option since it is built into the theme already with refunds and payments to the Contractor when the work is done, etc. I'm open to suggestions for improving the workflow.
