EMV software (Reader/Writer)

Hello everyone, I want to buy EMV software able of reading, writing, duplicating and deleting any EMV protocol such as 201, 206, 226 or any other EMV protocol, which allows to read, write, duplicate and delete SDA (static Bin) / DDA (dynamic Bin). I want to duplicate, read and write a smart card , I have to work with a smart card reader (EMV).
