Do not bid if you're juggling several projects at the same time and can't be full time on that. IMPORTANT 2: If you're working off your own server, then please update your work online when you come close to the end of the day so that I can see progress. If you're getting close to the end of the day then just upload what you have fully completed already before starting on the next feature that you may not be able to complete before the end of your day. That is if you're working off line on your own server. IMPORTANT 3: I've had several nightmares with programmers. The last one didn't send me any reports despite me asking several times. He kept saying that it'll be done on time. On the last day, he uploaded his work and he only had done 20% on each feature. All features were incomplete. I can't take that risk. I have to update my client on the progress. So when I ask for a progress report, you need to tell me briefly what you did and what's left to do. Dont' just tell me "Don't worry about it". IMPORTANT 4: The budget that I listed is for the full project, but tell me how much you want for milestone 1 and we can get started with that and see if we work well together. Then we can work on the other milestones and several other project if we work well together. The milestones are described in the PDF as Stage 1, 2 and 3.
