1. I need someone to use edgar api to display a list of filings on my website on company pages. Add ability on admin panel to assign CIK number which will be used to define in the api string to call data for that certain company. 2. Need rss news aggregator script installed on my server. I will send you a link to the code in a pm. You will then need to add a list of rss feeds of about 30 which I will provide. I will then need the feed pulled from this site and displayed on another sites news page. I will also need it on another page to display and filter the results based on different keywords pertaining to the particular company page.

Edgar online api - to retrieve financial information (financial data) about a company or individual. The api will display the information on the company pages of the site. Admin panel option: a. To assign a CIK number for api string to call the data of the company. To install the News aggregator plugin for retrieving RSS feeds and saving them as posts in the wordpress site. The 30 rss feed urls will be configured and the posts pulled from those sites. The posts will be saved in the appropriate categories and displayed in a news page.
