Easy 1 Day of work for a simple modification of a website

The test site is [login to view URL] which is live. We need help with a few minor fixes to the site. Upload Posts We have a CSV of articles/posts that need to be transferred from our current site to the new site.
* The CSV currently uses Drupal fields, you just need to replace the fields with WP fields
* It is very important that the corresponding user is attached to the import.
* Images associated with the current articles must transferred over to the new site with the articles. Geo Directory Theme: This Website uses the Newspaper 6 theme. In addition it uses the Geo Directory plug-in for our business directory, events and job listings. If you go to any Geo Directory page on our site, you will notice it is out of line.
To Fix this, we would like to use the Geo Directory Modern Theme (Attached) to apply to all Geo Directory Pages on our site. There is documentation on [login to view URL] on how to do this.
*PLEASE NOTE: Even though we apply the Modern Theme to the Geo Directory pages, all of the pages are still a part of the News paper 6 site. Thus the Newspaper 6 Header and menu will always be present on all pages. This is an easy assignment that will take less than a day of work. We do however need this accomplished by Wednesday, January 27, 2016, US Eastern Standard Time. Our budget is $200.00
