Develop & Polish & Maintain a PRESTASHOP 1.6 theme based website

We have a current existing website; we have it on Prestashop 1.6.1.10 We have a bought premium theme running on it. (leotheme) There are over 500+ detailed products on it, and the website is live in a version 1.0 There are lots of tweaks & polishes to do. 1/ Front end desktop / layout issues / template changes / Front end mobile / responsive behavior & views 2/ some tools should be added: example; automatic cropping of product photos so all are the same size / image optimization / adding of automatic opengraph tags / ... 3/ ongoing development should be guaranteed - we will be developing on this website for the coming years. We are looking for a solid / able / communication able developer / partner to take the lead on this website. 4/ Some server config will be required; you will receive your own ssh root user and ftp user. configurations like backups, code versioning, deploys, staging environments etc are part of the natural flow of things Decent spoken English communication & collaboration tools & skill is absolutely required. We will NOT do this only trough a chat ( alto this will be 50%+ of our communication, we WILL use status calls to walk / talk through all the work. ) The first project is for a 'polish' / tweak work to be done. After that more development will be done with the same partner. there are around 40 tasks to 'polish/tweak' the website to start with, going from small (20) to average ( 15) to big(5) in sizing.
