Develop a LimeSurvey (v3.0) theme - Stage 1

Hi, The job is to use the lime survey 3.0 (or later) to develop a custom theme which resembles the UX quality evident in getfeedback, typeform etc. This will likely require several iterations but will hopefully be the most visually attractive survey built on lime survey. Core requirements are: - Box containing questions should be centre justified and only half screen width in desktop view. - Response boxes use bootstrap buttons and are to be semi-opaque. All text based multi choice and yes/ no questions are vertical listed on the page and are the same width as the maximum width of the question text. Text within the response box is left justified. - For 5 point question type, convert radio buttons to bootstrap buttons presented horizontally. - Hover over the question response box results in a different colour. Selection of any bootstrap box (response, forward, or submit etc.) results in a double flash, a brief wait and then automatically moves onto the next question. - Create a multi-select image question which is displayed horizontally and is responsive. - Each page has a forward arrow and backward arrow to move between questions. Forward arrow function replaces the “next” button (which is removed) but is de-activated until mandatory question criteria is met. On the final question of the survey, the forward arrow is replaced by a large “Submit” button. - For the text based multi-select question type, enable a configurable criteria which restricts selection up to a maximum number i.e. two, three, four etc. When the mandatory condition has been achieved, the forward arrow becomes selectable. - Would like a question type which only has one central justified bootstrap button with customisable text specific to the question e.g. use the text display question type.
