Database Sort, Merge, Edit and Finalize - CSV to CSV

I have three input files (CSV) that need to create one output file. With the three input files and output file as example you need to write code that will do the exact same; take the three input files and export the EXACT same output file. However of course the input files and thus the output files will change so it must work with all the input files. The structure of the input files stays the same but the data changes. Also, sometimes there are more than three input files but the structure will always be the same as found within one of the three input files. When you bid let me know WHEN YOU CAN HAVE FIRST DEMO available. Time is important to me and a dedicated programmer should be able to complete this in 5 hours or less. I can do most of it myself and I am a hack-job programmer; but I want it done right. I will not consider new people with no feedback, sorry. I will also not consider anyone who just posts a "generic" bid with their cut-and-paste. And NO TEAMS, I want an individual as I plan to continue working with them on many projects. You should have an eye for detail and be able to figure things out and we can work together time and time again!! Flies will be provided after we have had PMB communication and I have confidence in you. This can be done in PHP/MySQL or in Windows exe software; your choice. If in PHP we will compile it to run on a local windows machine anyhow. No records need stored in the MySQL database, just simple select the input files (there can be more than three) and produce the output file (always one).
