Customize a Woocommerce Rest API Endpoint

I need to change an endpoint in my woocommerce rest api. At the moment I'm using /wp-json/wc/v1/products/ and now I would like to use /wp-json/wc/v2/products/ in order to get the in_stock param. However, I have trouble with an endpoint, which adds extra fields to the feed. so, if I use the V1 then the extra fields are in the feed, but if I change to V2 then this data is missing.
