We need a cross-marketing portal that transmits from a back-office console - text, photos and links on different platforms: Eg. Facebook, Twitter, SMS, Newsletter (mail). You can select various piattiaforme as needed. In the Front-end the user will have the possibility to register himself, inserting his own data, and selecting the categories of interest. In the backend, the administrator will have a box where you can enter the news with any links or images, and can select the channels on which to send the news. Note : During registration, we need to activate the user via e-mail activation. In the backend: If we select SMS it will not be possible to insert images. once selected SMS will have to appear a directory where we will go to select users (which will be divided by interest) You can select multiple users facebook / twitter to make the news appear on multiple user boards.

I have done projects like this before, designing a website like this is would be fairly straightforward for me. The front and backend specification is fairly clear, only the interface for sending text messages needs clarification. Given the interface you drew, I think my estimates for cost and deadline are both accurate.
