CRM, Quoting, and Inventory management software

I need a web-based CRM, Quoting, & Inventory software. You can develop it in PHP and them put it on a webhost i will sign up for (like godaddy or others) It needs to be responsive so we can see it on mobile phone/ipad. If you do a free trial of Quickbooks Online, you can see a great interface/feel that we want to emulate. I want to choose someone who has experience with similar software or at least the CRM. I need to see previous works with demo login before I choose you Leads: 1) Import old leads via excel 2) create new leads instantly from people who email xyz@[login to view URL] (ability to quickly delete the lead if its junk mail that got in) 3) Create new leads manually (people who call in or walk-in, or email privately) 4) Status of leads: Ability to create new status or assign or change status of lead (some samples are: NEW, QUOTED, CUSTOMER, NOT INTERESTED, STILL THINKING, etc) 5) Leads should have the typical fields such as first name, last name, email, phone numbers, company name (optional), address, date of inquiry, notes/comments (with latest update time & date stamp and username of who last made the comment/update), sales person, Engineer, (above fields should be choosable from previous entries, or create new if it doesnt exist yet), ability to attach old quotes (if they had an old quote) or view quotes made from within system Quotes: 1) Create quotes within the system with feel very similar to Quickbooks online quotes software - you can add items, pricing, cost, sales price, discount lines, etc. while you are creating the quote 2) The PDF output should look like our attached existing multi-option quote which is compact, and has up to 3 or 4 various package options on 1 page 3) update inventory automatically if the quote is marked as SOLD or RESERVED, we can edit/choose which package they purchased in the quote. 4) trigger alerts once item is below threshold value in inventory 5) track/log anyone who updates inventory values with date & time stamp 6) only superuser/master admin can see the cost of goods sold, regular users cannot see the cost 7) Track date it was sold/paid, allow to be fully paid or partial paid Reports: 1) view leads with no status, so we can follow up with them and easily update the status 2) Admins can generate reports like % of closed sales between dates, # of leads entered between dates, sales between dates, profit, and others. 3) View inventory and reports such as what items are the most sold, etc.
