Create a website based on given theme and demo by using Wordpress

To implement a freelancer market place theme into the product website. The theme is provided above. The website looks similar to the demo: [login to view URL]
You can design the layout and make it as simple as possible. We can also adjust the layout later after the first draft demo.
The country/language we need to have Germany, Netherlands, UK, France and Poland so far. The language will be their local language and English for all. Later we should be able to add more countries by ourselves.
The payment function is the same as the demo. Payment accepts visa, mastercard and paypal. Platform takes 20% commission from each assignment/transaction. Withdraw pending for the user is 7 days.
Please name the job categories as job type A, job type b etc.
For the website texts parts, how to use the website etc, you can use the text from [login to view URL], we will adjust them later.
For the website color and design, please use light color and tone due to user groups aged between 18-40.
