Create payment page with multi selection cart items on WP site.

Please read carefully, if you have doubt just ask. I'm not asking to make an offer within 2 minutes, I will take the time necessary to select the ideal candidate, but take the time to see the full requirement. I need to create the payment cart and process for accepting payment on a tours selling website (WP site). One page only if possible for all selection and cart. The tour pages already exist (passeio-tailandia .com and will need an "Add cart" button or "Book now" button, furthermore here are the technical requirements : 1- MULTIPLE selection tours (for easy and quick buying process). An idea of the display page is attached the project to let you understand. Arrival day in Phuket (discount % apply for minimum of 7 days anticipated booking, so the first day tour selection will affect directly the price display for the tour or transfer) 2- Hoover effect on the Tour name with resume of the tour and video reading on demand (the hoover effect is done presently on the site with a Hoover plug in)-> [login to view URL] 3- The price will be displayed in the currency linked to the IP detection or any other suggestion if we can know which currency is used in a computer (the Currency can aslo be set manually if wrong display per example). 4- The default currency of tour is set in Thai currency and will have to be converted. For now, the website use a plug in for currency live conversion which work perfectly. (visible on [login to view URL]). The currency conversion apply an extra % for conversion fees (+3%). 5- Hotel name selection from an hotels list page, linked to an "area" which will determine the extra cost for a tour for pick up-drop of. So basically, you will need to create a page to import hotel list, and hotel location, and I will set the extra fee for each area. See attached screen capture 6- ADULT, CHILD SELECTION (linked to a price list page for adult and children for each tour). See attached screen capture 7- TOUR OPTION display : When a tour has options, when the Tour is selected, it opens the option to be selected with same display price and resume as tour. 8- Transfer cost calculation : =nb of km calculated between two places by Google maps Formula : (nb kilometers x km fee set) + extra cost for specific place (airport or pier per example has an extra fee).
