Create a new and unique Logistics Portal

Hi, I am thinking to create a Website/Portal for Logistics. Main functionalities are the following: Create a Personal Supply Chain with different partners by drag&drop 2 Website areas 1 for customers and 1 for partners Partner area: Possibility for uploading tariff data in different sub-sections with standard pricing templates Get Booking via webportal from customer side as Mail or for Premium Members via EDI, data exchange Format will be standarized on a few Formats like XML, CSV, fortras and edifact Create own company overview and Service overview See orders on webportal, Set Status records, customer Service area, invoicing area Customer area: Choose different partners for each Part of Supply Chain a.e. Pre-carriage, Oncarriage, Cross Dock, warehousing, seafreight, airfreight, train... (areas will be fixed then) See tariff of the partners and download them for calculation reasons After choose of partners possibility for uploading shipment structures and calculation of the Complete Supply Chain costs Booking of Single shipments or mass uploads via EDI Send Bookings to the partners choosen Link with a TMS which is already in place This is just a very short overview. I will then Show you some examples of different Websites and Programms I want to adapt. This is just a first idea and I need an approx. Price idea to do such a project. Can you help me there with approx. cost indication? Maybe it should be a pure programming work of approx 50-150 hours when everything is well prepared from my side.
