Convert a Template to an Online Education Website

Dear Web-site Developers, I have purchased the clever course learning management theme for WordPress. I need to design an online education platform from it, both the frontend and backend. The theme has many options but I am not sure how to tweak them to fit my needs so I need your help. I researched a bit about the prospective design elements of my website but I am open to your suggestions as well. The website should have an extensive database for teacher profiles, student information, exam scores, course ratings, teacher ratings and reports. I need to produce some basic statistical results from the database such as students\' course success, teacher success, average grades, etc. The website should have data entry forms within the student, admin, parent, and teacher interfaces after they log-in. The output of the database (averages, etc) will be on the admin backend, student interface, teacher interface, parent interface, and some pages (maybe sliders) on the website. The interfaces should be able to garner relevant statistical output from the database with a point and click approach. The teacher interface will be designed to deliver courses in two ways: 1) Live one-on-one tutoring 2) Pre-recorded video courses. The first delivery method is the live one-on-one tutoring. This portion can be designed with an API provided by an external online teaching platform like WhizIQ. Live tutoring needs a global scheduling and appointment reminding system integrated with the external teaching platform and the database to show which teacher and student pair worked for how long on the external online tutoring platform API and bill parents and compensate tutors accordingly. The second delivery method will be pre-recorded courses, which will be prepared by the teacher interface. The teacher interface will have a course design module and an exam design module. The teachers will need to record lessons on their screen capture software and upload them to this module. The exam design module should be flexible enough to prepare and deliver stand-alone standardized tests, such as, the TOEFL. The website needs after class performance appraisal reports, which will be emailed to the student and parents. The billing system will be integrated with two payment systems: 1) paypal 2) stripe, authorize or Braintree. The bills should be emailed to parents and payment slips to teachers. Certain percentages of the revenue will be distributed to the teachers. A discussion forum and social media portion will be developed on the website where questions, answers, discussions will be posted by the students, teachers, parents, and admins. The discussions, posts, etc. can be shared on Facebook, twitter, etc. The admin should be able to change/alter/override all the functions developed for the website using the admin panel: like deleting unwanted posts, overriding address information, alterations in student information, billing and payment slip information and payment percentages, etc. The developer, who overtakes my project, should have extensive experience in setting up databases and forming queries in SQL; be fluent in English; be able to code in PHP. The website should not only be technically superb due to its simple and modular design to allow expansion globally but also look attractive for users. Although this is a start-up project with a limited budget, the developer designing the initial project can expect to establish a long relationship with me over the life of the website for tweaks/updates and possibly other projects such as iPhone/Android apps for this project later.
