Complete a PLUGIN and update WORDPRESS

We need a reliable freelancer to finish a 40% complete plugin and a 90% complete WP website design. The goal is to support offline purchase and shipping activities of 3 teams. Experience in trade is not essential but would be great so as in similar plugin development. Independent work is important however we require daily communication and short updates on progress. The requested function of the task is detailed in the attached file called [login to view URL] and also I have uploaded the forms related to the functionalities. You will find a list here [login to view URL] on what has been done or started so far, however you may do your own codes from scratch using our provided codes as guidance or reference or a boost to finish faster. You will also need to create a few pages in our requested design, set up and test plugin functionalities to ensure the final result is matching our request. If you suggest any update we are willing to consider it however our requirement is in the doc file, so please do read it and well consider if you can complete it in a professional manner. Please only bid if you are confident that you can do it and so you are able to accept award and milestones at the start of work. Please note all communication must be done in writing and you will need to read the brief independently to understand what the project is about. In case it is not possible please choose a different project to bid on. We have 2 further plugin projects that you may accept right after the completion of this once in case the work relationship appeared to be a positive experience. We require punctuality, honesty and commitment along with professionalism. New freelancers without feedback or freelancers under 4.6 rates wont be considered.
