Change Google Api's - Twilio SMS and Call

Specifically, I need this. 1) Change the Twilio masked call number and add SMS Message - Twilio's masked call server is already integrated, only now we want to use another number. - The sending of sms is already configured when a driver is assigned, but we want to add another sms when the driver is outside to pick up the passenger. 2) Change Api Google Maps and Firebase. We want to change the google maps api and push messages. Well, we want to go to the store with different packege name. (we will provide the gmail account.) 4) Delete or hidde 2 buttons of apps and add Little Box for Send Message to Manual Dispatch Only one button must be hidden in the passenger app (we have explanatory images.) 5) Keep online driver app. The driver app spent a lot of time is offline although it is online, then requests from the manual web dispatch are sometimes not shown but come to my bookings. Here we can do two things: a) Make sure you do not miss the connection with the web admin so if you are online always receive the notification standard and do not go to mybookings. b) Always have a screen or notification to take you to my boking to start the race.
