Hi dear, Hope you are doing well !! I have gone through your project description. I can understand that you are looking for a centralized equipment list 1. 1 System Admin , 5 admin users, hundreds of end users One item/equipment will have 1 database table 2. Each database table will have 10 col and 2000 rows 3. Access control for all users preferably tied to MS AD . 5 users will have ull admin rights while others will only have read only or write only for particular assets 4. Field data types are and have to be short 5. Owner of the equipment also owns the data 6. There has to be a audit trail on ALL changes by all data owners and email on a timing that i set e.g monthly or weekly to the admin 7. All database report must be exportable via excel, word, pdf or pure raw data 8. Reporting is important. vendor can advise on the best plugin for any of the above crm that can generate beautiful reports brochure style with our own branding guidelines by euipment type etc... 9. Able to upload all relevant documents like drawing and certificates 10. I must be able to water down the features from the crm so that it doesnt look over complicated to the end user Therefore I am looking forward to discuss and move ahead. placed bid cost is not the final one and to be negotiable.
