Building Applicant Tracking System

We're looking to build our own Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The goal of this system is to be able to follow a person from the moment he/she applies for a job just to the moment this person gets hired by one of our clients. What capabilities does the ATS need: - Generate vacancy website: This site gets populated by information we submit in the backend of the system. - When a candidate applies for a job he/she must be submitted to our database and linked to the job he/she applied for. - Assign different statuses to a candidate. for example "New(standard), Called, emailed, introduced etc) - Must be able to write comments in the candidates profile - Video integration - CV parsing. This needs to be done in two ways. Import and export. For the export I need to be able to select which information I want to be exported. - Share exported cv and video file with other people. The third party can only acces this information with username and password. - Must be able to get notification when third party viewed the sent information - Third party must be able to make comments which I must be able to see. Once we have a shortlist of potential freelances we will discusse everything in more detail.
