The project aims to design and develop a comprehensive platform for facilitating the recruitment process by offering staffing services for mid-management and senior professionals. The platform will allow both job seekers and companies to register themselves and contact each other for job openings and jobs. The purpose of the platform would be to create a pool of pre-assessed candidates and match them with job opportunities in different organizations. The candidates registering on the platform would also be able to create their online CV by choosing from variety of templates or even take services of a CV writer to create impressive CV’s. The website will either use 3rd party assessment partner to conduct online assessment tests or will be having own inbuilt custom module using which admin can create assessment tests for users. The assessment module would be a comprehensive tool which will automatically provide assessment test to the candidate based upon the information shared by him/her at the time of registration and in the uploaded CV. The tool will have various logics in place to identify most suitable assessment test for specific candidate and calculate the results based upon user’s inputs or responses. The platform will be providing end to end solution to job seekers and companies and facilitate the process of hiring or getting hired by taking care of preliminary requirements and assessments. Using the services offered by Talpro, candidates and companies can get straight to point in the interview process as initial checks, screening and verification will already be taken care of. Website will have various packages for users and companies to choose from as per the requirement of features they want to access. Website designs would be responsive making website accessible over all web, mobile and tablet browsers. The layout and design of the website would be adjusted accordingly for easy navigation and quality experience over different screen resolutions.
