Build a Website Driver/Contractor Database

Need: Personal Info ...Name ...Address ...Phone ...Vehicle, etc... Current Job Info (May be multiple) ...Customer ...Route ...Pay Rate Daily ...Pay Rate Per Job I will want to keep a history of their jobs and pay amounts paid for them. When we change the route and pay more, or less, I need to be able to record that information. Invoice Capability (DRIVER can build invoice for last pay period--weekly or semi-monthly) ...They can enter each day which jobs they did, and it produces something like attached PNG in PDF format, which can be "submitted" by driver and "approved" by manager. (Admin should be able to estimate their pay as if they worked every day with no changes.) At some point, I will want: --Ability to email all active drivers reminders to send invoices, or to make company announcements --Ability to email any driver by opening their record and hitting "email" button. We can start with a simple database. I have most of this information in an Access database, which you can use as a model if you are awarded the job. I can do any website or graphic design, but may need your help so I don't ruin your code. I have web hosting and sites on which you can build and test. I am not able to chat right now about this project.
