Build me a social protection management system( mobile and web)

The social protection project (social security scheme) to be developed. The client version will be a responsive web application. The admin dashboard will be developed in an appropriate admin template. The main features will be: a. Employees register on the website and login to view their account page. b. They can complete their profile information on the site. c. Can enroll on Social Security scheme. d. After enrolling will make contributions to the scheme (do we need to integrate online payment for this ?) (Please explain how the employees need to contribute) e. System will also display the benefits information that the user receives after retirement. (Is there any benefits calculator to be coded?) (Please explain how this section need to be developed) Admin dashboard: a. Admin login and view the dashboard b. Manage Users - view the registered users list and user details. c. Report Module - generate reports (charts/graphs or tables) - (What kind of reports are required?
