Build a responsive website

Need a Map based website with following features: 1. Facebook Login 2. Google Login 3. Google Map API 4. Search / Filters based on entries in database and based on Location 5. Show Profile of users 6. Should fetch markers from our database, and show Post information when clicked on markers This requirement should be completed in 2 phases of development. Phase 1: Website is map based, and hence, map should be displayed as soon as someone visits the website. The map should display markers after fetching markers information from our database. After user clicks on markers, in a slider below map, mini view of information is to be displayed. If someone clicks on mini view, full page view of the information is to be displayed. Phase 2: Facebook login Google Login After login, If we click on "Profile" , Profile of users should be displayed, Profile will contain personal information and Past posts of the users. All these information will be fetched from our SQL Database or from the Google / Facebook APIs. Infrastructure: We are having a Linux server with SQL database. Back-end php framework should be developed by the freelancer. This php back-end will also be hosted on our Linux server. Scope of work: We have very few design considerations regarding buttons and colors, the should be discussed before awarding the project. Any back-end requirement and webpage development should be completed by freelancer. We have a predefined database, and access to database and full schema will be given by us. Database includes - User information table and markers information table. Please note that many information regarding markers are to be fetched from 2-3 different tables. We can also discuss on database structure before awarding the project if required by freelancer. Timelines - We expect both phases to be completed within a week's time. Further scope: We have a 3rd phase of development which includes creating new markers information in database from the website itself. If the freelancer is able to complete this project within 7 to 10 days, then we can award the 3rd phase of development also in another project.
