Hi, I have experience with MySQL, php, python and processing data from different sources (API and files). I can write python scripts which can handle updates and db add for #1 and #2. I'm not sure if you want for #2 automatic update of Prestashop data based on retrieved data and logic formula from code or manual check in interface. For #3 I can create a basic admin interface in laravel which will use MySQL db with available products in datatable AJAX loaded with search and functionality to add a specific product to Prestashop database.
