To build a mobile app for delivery

As per my understanding, iOS and Android app for handling of delivery services is to be developed. HQ Admin will create the delivery order and will post it to delivery admin and outlet admin. Delivery admin will assign the order to driver and driver will pick it after scanning the QR code and will deliver to the customer and will take photo of customer with parcel. Questions: - There will be three type of admins and all will be using the mobile app? - QR code will also be printer through app? - The driver will also signup to the app? - The data for the orders will be imported from some specific file format or API's? - The drivers will get the push notification as soon as the order is assigned to them? The initial estimate is given below: - iOS App: US 5,000 - Android App: US 5,000 - API's/WebServices: US $2,000 ============ Just so you know I am flexible in prices, as quality & long-term relationship is more important.
