Build me an iPhone & Android App

I have a Xenforo forums that I would like to turn into an app or start an app from scratch. Main Idea: Gaming website for middle east players (Arabic Language) which conducts daily challenges, tournaments, and events for players. Our goal is to connect console & pc players with each other to have fun while playing challenges using our site rules. List of games we are supporting: Call of duty Red dead Fortnite BattleField Rainbow six The Division etc. We have created a website using our own rules for custom matches. Players can look for a match using our discord then challenge eachother using the website to register their match and results. What we want is an app to do the following: ---Clans Registeration--- 1- Clans can register using the following: a- Clan Name b- Clan Tag c- Clan Logo (Photo) d- Clan Members (Members must be registered in the app in order to be added in the clan) 2- Clan creation request gets automatically forwarded to moderators for final approval. 3- Moderation and administration options for clans. ---Championships--- 1- Championships management with push notification e.g. a- When a clan or a member registers in a championship, a push notification will be generated with the approval or denial of his registration depending on the moderation team decision. b- Before a match with 1 day or so (set time limit) the approved tournament reigstree gets a push notification then he has the option to confirm or reject his attendance for the scheduled championship date. c- championship tree gets automatically generated when the registrar is approved and the results gets copied by a mod when the clans move forward with the champ. ---Challenges--- 1- Have an option as a player to look for a challenger (either a clan or a player). 2- Get a list of clans or players who used the same option to look for a challenge. 3- Accept or reject a challenge. 4- Register your score after the match ends (e.g. 4-1). 5- Suspend the challenge if someone asks for a moderator and send a push notification to all registered mods. 6- Have an option to attach photos or videos to any challenges. _____________________________ NOTE: No Location option is required.
