Build a from plugin in PHP

We need a PHP programmer who can develop a plugin for a CMS System called doitclever (API and Developer-Kit existing, see link below). You will find all information you need right here.

Description: We need a plugin, which can be used by a client to create dynamic forms (HTML forms like <form action="...). This plugin will be loaded in our fully online CMS System. Each of our plugins has a [login to view URL] file with a user interface (foundation 5 library used, already integrated in the developer-kit). So make sure, that the client can configure these follow things:

- The client can create a web form which sends an email from his website (use phpmailer if possible)

- He should be able to choose how many form fields he wants

- He should be able to choose the type of the fields (radio button, checkbox, text field, ...)

- He should be able to set the names of the fields (Labels, Placeholders, ...)

- He should be able to sort his form fields

- He should be able to choose main receiver mailaddress, copy mailaddress and sender address

- The forms should have a captcha security code (also recaptcha from google allowed)

- Please use PHP (7 or higher) in combination with JSON or SQLite

- Additional: The client can save multiple forms

*Note: Please use the language files, so we can add more languages to the plugin
