Build a distribution system to reduce and distribute website traffics load on several severs.

We have our own website. it is running on our dedicated server(currently Only one). The most important thing is that our website might be faced in a huge of traffics in a few second during specific period. Therefore we are intending to buy more dedicated servers. So we would like to build a distributed processing system so that users and our customers can use our service without any inconvenience. For example: I imagine to build this system as following. we will have several servers - server1,server2,..server5. When someone visits our [login to view URL], if server1 is busy with high traffics or a huge number of visitors, the URL automatically would be changed [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and so on... If server 2 is busy, then automatically connecting [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and so on. We are looking for talented expert who can build this distributed system for our web service.
