Hi, I have reviewed the requirements and the development of capturing data of encountered whales & dolphins by fisherman by garbing a GPS coordinate as the fisherman click the photo or make video when his phone is in offline mode is feasible but the tricky part is to transfer that offline captured mode data from the phone to our built app and then loading that info when the fisherman's phone become online from offline. Can we discuss in detail?
