Build an android app (restaurant near me with like/dislike and comments function)

I have a google maps api key, I need to show all restaurant near location.

Using android studio and teamviewer is a must.

You must include ALL of the following

1. An Android activity

2. Messaging

3. Persistence

4. Permissions

5. Offline and background mode

2. You must include

1. Location (Push notifications)

App and Report will be needed to complete this project.
