Hello, We take over to manage a Shop System based on Magento 1.9.3.6. We looking for help on a regular bare to support this system. This project is a test task to identify this kind of help. At the moment we have the following scenario: In a Shop System, we can order EBooks (Digital Content). The price is $0 for this books. We have 10 products in the Shopping Cart and send the order and receive an error. That happened with the most combination in the shopping cart, but as well not always. Some products are able to purchase. The error is: Next exception 'Zend_Db_Statement_Exception' with message 'SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1, query was: UPDATE `pdfgiftcard_voucher` SET `is_sold` = \?, `order_increment_id` = \? WHERE (id = )' in (see complete Entry in [login to view URL] attached). When you have an idea how to investigate the problem and be able to solve it, then make an offer for this tasks. We would give you access to the Development Server and details for reproduction or we can give you a copy of the htdocs&mysqldump, depend on what you prefer. Please provide examples of your experience with setup, maintain and debug Magento project. When it works well, we would make an agreement for future support. You need experience with Magento, mysql and PHP. Be aware, we did not develop this shop and the original developer is not possible to reach. regards Frank

I am first read the error properly that what is the actually error. then try to debug this with search coding section if there any coding issues are there. If not then I check the admin section, if there all ok then I check the database. In this way i am trying to solve the error.
