G'day, I'm an experienced DevOps engineer who has worked on a variety of Rails projects. I have complete confidence in my ability to successfully complete your project. For your specific projects: Due to close family in the field I have a passing knowledge in the fields of accountancy and book-keeping (not expert level of course, but I'm constantly surprised at how little other people understand of the field), which is likely to help with whatever work is necessary on your budgeting app. I also have, briefly, worked with SMS sending from web apps, so I have some familiarity with how such things work. If you'd like to discuss your project in more detail I would of course be happy to provide some rough estimates of how many hours different parts would require. Note: I'm bidding for 20 hours a week at the moment, because I've got a couple of other on-going projects (coincidentally both Rails projects) that will take up at least some of my time over the next few weeks.
