AWS setup: VPC, mail server, migrate from cPanel

(1) Setup VPC, I want to be able to VPN to the network.
- make sure web server is on its own subnet
(2) Setup and build mail server using open-xchange on
- it needs to be on its own subnet
(3) I have a Wordpress hosting setup that I need Wordpress websites migrated to AWS from other cpanel hosting:
- move to hosting
- migrate domains to AWS
- make sure mail works on open-xchange mail server
