Automation: Turn Data from a Form into the text of a WP Post

Hello, I have a Word Doc that I modify using find and replace and want to automate this. What is needed... 1. Use a form from my website as a data entry screen for input. 2. The different inputs are inserted into a Word Doc template that I have created. Currently, I use find and replace, but open to any other solutions. For example, I use xxxxx where a person's first name goes, do a find and replace the xxxxx with the the new name and my doc makes 10 changes all at once. The form data will automatically create a new Doc. 3. The text of the new Doc is entered into a Word Press website creating a new post with some the tabs being the post title which creates the url. 4. The post will be saved and published. I expect to do a nice quantity of these each week so this program needs to be fully automated. When the data entry clerk enters the information into the form and hits submit, the result will quickly be a new WP post. END RESULT: Attached is a sample temple that I am using. I will provide a final version prior to the start of this project. Using C#, PHP, Python, etc. or a combination seems like the likely solutions.
