Auto-Shift Scheduler

Hello, I need a web app which would allow me to schedule students automatically by creating their work shifts. Background: -Some students may work for 4 hours, some others work for 8, and some others work for 10 hours. -Students are members of different departments and they have different skills. -Depending on the experience, students have also different work productivity. -For each hour, we know the amount of the work to be done at the beginning of each month. Right now, we get the total work forecast/expectation for each hour. Based on the skills needed, and the productivities of the students, we calculate the number of students we need for each hour. Then, according to their work hours, we build the shifts and try to match the work demand with the shifts. This page may give an idea: [login to view URL] All I need is a web app where 1. I can put down the number of work cases I'll have for each hour, 2. It calculates the number of students we need for those hours (based on the skills and productivity levels we'll set at the department level) 3. Creates the schedule based on their work hours.
