Our business is a co-working space where students and freelancers are welcome to use our service. The payment of the service will be based on a credit system. In the credit system, the users will prepay for certain amount of credits. 1 credit= using the service for 1 hour. Credits will be deducted according to the total amount of time each time the members use our service.
Therefore, a website/app will be needed for member management.
The website/app is hoped to have the following functions:
1. Storage of member's information
2. A system to record the checkin & check out time of the users
3. Booking for conference rooms
4. payment record
5. Log in system
6. Member's access to view their remaining credits
7. Notice board for updating info
