multipurpose app, to show the website and have an app on the stores. We need a simple and superbasic APP for android 4 and more. We need only 1 webview inside the app, and an main URL to start. (we need to show a website in app) If we close the app, the app must start from the main URL. (if change the page, whene the app start must go to the begin “mainURL”) The webview it must manage the main functionalities: • file upload, • camera and upload photo, • gps authorization, • opening of "blank" links in the external browser. I think it's useful to start with something like this: [login to view URL] the app must be able to receive push notifications with photos, title, description and url to show on the web page. And we need a php page, help for server configuration (and a guide) to send the push we request: - source code - apk - help to install certificate or server side to send push - php page to send push notification - compatibility from ANDROID 4 AND MORE

As per your writing: The webview it must manage the main functionalities: • file upload, # Do you mean you want file upload feature in web app? • camera and upload photo, # Camera upload means to use mobile camera for uploading images? • gps authorization, # To get lat and lng of user.
