PHP/PROGRAMMING PROJECT START TODAY

Im behind schedule so I need work started today. *$500 Budget* (May accept good offers, like higher price and work done on my server from start) *No deposit* *GOOD ENGLISH SPEAKERS ONLY* ...as I dont wish to spend 15 mins trying to figure out what you just typed to me! Ignore this fact and choose to bid higher I'll ignore and hide your post. Simple. I wont really take you seriously if you have no feedback. Why should I? What other way can i confirm your good for this project? Unless you have proof of your qualifications in programming or a good portfolio of your work. I work like this. I dont throw my money to someone I dont know when they haven't done any work for me. So I would expect atleast $200 of work done 1st on your server. When we both agree that we are ready to continue, I will send $200 to your Gaf account, dont worry about fees. On the last payment I make to you when project is completly done the fees that you were charged each time you received money from me will be paid for by me. Anyway after that $200 is paid, you will move everything to my server and work of there until project is complete. When everything is done and working correctly I will send you the rest of the payment including fees. So that in total you receive $500 from me, no more and no less. DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I WANT: Online service that allows members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. Members can view each others' profiles, communicate with old friends and meet new friends on the service, share photos, post journals and comments, and describe their interests. To enrich a members' experience, we want to request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them. There will be chatrooms, blogs, forums, classifieds, avi + mpeg processing screen on homepage. Also want an online auction where members can build personal "own work" profiles and post specific information on these profiles and upload their "own work" they wish to put up for sell/auction. There are 2 kinds of accounts for this service which are: Buyer account for people who wish to buy other peoples work and a Seller account for people who wish to sell their work. Personal Profile Account: Which is the one described in the 1st large paragraph of this document. You can either have a Free Personal Profile account which has a lot of limitations or a special (paid for) version which comes with special features and all limitations removed. I already have a personal profile system which I want tweaked and cleaned up to run smoother. That should give you a kick start, seeing as it is already up and running with over 20'000 users. I have no design for the "new site" that will be born from all this work. I am still looking for a good webdesigner. This work has to be done from SCRATCH. I dont want any of your old/existing work modified or anything. I want new fresh coding from scratch. I want to be able to communicate with you WHILST your working just incase you or I have any questions to ask. I will provide you with more info when ive chosen you. The info Ive given you now is enough to give you an idea of what I want. PS: If you have a GOOD GOOD designer in your team we can sort out something for the design too and combine the prices together for this project.
