Joomla - UK Entertainment website using Joomla

I run a busy UK Entertainment website and want a few joomla sites copied and then connected up (intergrated). example Area ( main site) - town 1 town 2 town 3 etc Each will have the same template and just use different colours. Each will have the same links. news - Local to each site jobs - pulled into the site via an existing job site we run Events - Pulled from a central Calendar ETC I understand the above explanation is not the clearest, this is because i am looking for someone with the ability to add................... to the project. Once i have selected someone i would expect to work with them for the longer term and the site already has 35 sub domains that each pull in traffic and needing updating.
