Domain search clone needed

I need a clone of the website: [login to view URL] with a few minor changes I will detail after bid is accepted. The clone should run as smooth as the original, and have the look and feel of web2.0 like the original. The main differences are (1) the resale, not through [login to view URL] but also through others e.g. Yahoo!, Godaddy, etc. and (2) this should be for all domain extensions, including .mobi, .ws, .info, .us, etc. This will be detailed further in the after the project is awarded. Also, should have the widget to attach onto other sites. Website includes design, programming, and simple application for updating the website with AdSense, and little content. Website cloning does not mean that you copy their code, only the functionality. I will verify this. I want everything that the above website can do in code. The only minor modifications/differences will be explained to you after the project is handed over to you. I would also need you to provide a CSS based basic web 2.0 design for the site. Please only bid if you have expertise in ajax and Web 2.0 websites and can show me some previous work. I expect at least one weekly-meeting and regular updates and I expect the project to be your priority. I expect the whole thing to be wrapped up in less than 20 days. I have been screwed over before by some freelancers from this and other freelance sites, and I have learned my lesson. I will pay 75% once you show me a working site and upload it to my test server and the rest after debugging. I would have complete copyright on the code and design, and all coding would be handed over. You will be asked to sign necessary paperwork. Bids without bid-rates will not be considered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
