shortest path

this project will involve the implementation of the dijkstra's algorithm and require the coder to design a tool that will display the shortest path problem. this should be shown on on graphical user interface using the java language and can be run using the basic emacs or other java platforms. i would like for the user to plot a first source node, then other nodes onto a centre screen. once this is completed, the user can drag from one node to the next and a pop up box will appear requesting a weight. once the weight is entered an line edges is drawn with the corresponding weight. there should be button at the booton of the GUI with titles of start, stop, next, clear, reset and exit. once the start button is clicked the program will perform the single source dijkstra's algorithm from the start node. with the package dispaly the step by changing the colours of the edges and nodes when appropriate. the final outcome will be the shortest path from the start source node, to all nodes with there shortest weight on the nodes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform i would like a very simple and basic gui using on java, if possible create around 4 or 5 classes to keep the code simple if any further modifications are required. therefore all files should end with .java.
