Fix my custom I.D. card software

I recently had a local programmer create a application that would "gather" data from our Point of sale software and print the information on a plastic I.D. Card with my printer.

After installation of the program we started using it and have decided to make some changes in the say the screen is set up and also a few more options that we would like to have added to the software.

Basically the I.D. software allows us to create a new, or select a previously created template to print a I.D. using the customers names, addresses, picture and other things that are stored within our data. He is already grabbing this info and printing it.

I believe the program is written in VB and he has supplied all the coding and other files for someone to be able to make some changes for us.

To give you an idea of what type of items that we are requesting to be changed, although this might be hard to understand until you get the actual program loaded.

1. Currently the First, Middle and Last names of the customers are in separate fields. we want these combined into 1 field such as Last, First middle.

2. Upon opening the program, all options in setting up new and also selecting current templates, paths to data, etc is selectable by entry level employees,possibly causing problems. We would like to make these areas of the screen accessible only upon entering a password by a manager etc.

3. A few other corrections such as when zooming in or out of a photo of a customer, it now keeps the photo to the top and left of the photo field, when it need to keep itself centered.

4. Currently the program does not allow selecting a printer, I will need to be able to select a printer, even across the network to print to. This selection would be an example of what needs to be under password protection.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
